We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person to join our team as an office assistant. The position involves a wide variety of tasks, ranging from client file management to communication and writing, as well as administrative tasks.


As a client case manager, on a 40 hour a week permanent contract, you will be responsible for following up on prospects, contracting agreements, pricing services, managing accruals and telephone follow-ups, as well as debt collection and letter writing.


The person we are looking for must be flexible and versatile, able to work in a team and adapt quickly to changes. They must also have excellent organisational and deadline management skills and be able to deal with stressful situations in a positive way.


The required level of education is a BAC or DAP/CATP in administration and business. A good command of French, English and German is essential, and knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset. A good command of IT tools is also essential, in particular the Microsoft environment (Office 365, Outlook, etc.), and knowledge of accounting, in particular the BOB SOFTWARE programme, is appreciated.


Finally, a passion for the creative industries, and more specifically for the music and theatre ecosystem, is highly desirable.
