What is his goal ?
SACEM Luxembourg supports musical creations in the Grand-Duchy with an annual budget of 125.000€.
This aid is granted for purposes such as projects to commission works, concerts or the production of CDs, that have as their aim the creation and distribution of music “made in Luxembourg”.
The Consulting Committee examines the applications and decides whether or not to approve them. The decision, whether positive or negative, is addressed in writing to project leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to benefit of the aid, the author/composer must either be member of SACEM Luxembourg, or the performed works must belong to its repertoire.
No project will be accepted if the production is already finalized, the order of an original song is executed or if the concert has already taken place.
A complete application package must be submitted and should include:
- The application form for ‘cultural action’
- A project description
- The detailed budget and financial plan
- Models/mock-ups or previous productions, if already existing, are welcome
- The partnership with SACEM Luxembourg (who, when, how)
- SACEM Luxembourg reserves jurisdiction to the conditions of the partnership
Applications can be submitted all year.

The SACEM Luxembourg logo must appear on all visual media and personal communication (cover, posters, flyers, etc.), of all projects that received a financial aid via the "Action Culturelle"
