Annual flat fee payable in advance of 80.00 € (exc VAT)* per broadcast channel.

For example: 3 different musical styles with 1 stream for jazz, 1 stream for classical music, 1 stream for rock music from a single site.

• You are a private individual, an association, a foundation, a territorial authority, a public establishment.
• Your webradio has no income and your yearly expenses do not exceed 20,000 € (exc VAT)*
• Your webradio’s yearly income does not exceed 20,000 € (exc VAT)*
• Your licence is granted for reproduction rights   and performing rights   for streaming purposes.
• Your listeners will be unable to:
  - download the works in the programme,
  - alter the composition of the programme to change or customize it,
  - select parts of the programme to have access to the works included in any individualized way at a time of their choice.
• This licence does not concern, in particular, moral rights  , subsidiary rights, such as arrangement, adaptation and translation rights  , etc. Nor does it concern neighbouring rights 
• The licence is valid in France, Luxembourg and Monaco.
• The use of music in the context of a promotional operation associated with a brand is excluded from the scope of the licence and requires a separate licence request. In this case, you must get a licence for a webradio associated with branding.
• You must be of legal age or the legal representative of a minor or a person under guardianship or curatorship.

Rate:

12% of income (including from advertising, partnerships, sponsoring...)
