Against the backdrop of the rapid development of artificial intelligence tools, SACEM is exercising its right to object—known as the “opt-out”—in order to protect its members’ works from any unauthorized use.

SACEM Luxembourg is following this approach as part of its mission to represent the SACEM repertoire in Luxembourg.
