Do you want to organize a concert, a ball or another musical event?

In the case of an event with free entrance and if the artist's fee is higher than 1200€, the royalty rate is 6.41% of the artistic budget (artist's fee, sound system costs, etc.). Below this amount, i.e. if the artist's fee is less than €1200, a flat rate per evening is charged.

In the case of events with entrance fee, the basic rate for the remuneration of authors is 6.41% of the entrance revenue.

You are a sports club and you want to bring some music to your occasional or recurring sports events.

Simplified procedures

In order to broadcast music at sporting events or in association premises, we offer an” Amateur Sport Package” (Forfait Sport Amateur) that gives you access to our whole repertoire.

Thus, you don’t need to declare each of your events or sessions individually.

Budget control

The “Amateur Sport Package” is an annual contract which allows you to know in advance how much royalties you need to pay each year.

All occasional sporting events, not fitting the terms and conditions of “Amateur Sport Package”, should be registered like a “normal” event.
